Eligibility for Admission

Minimum Qualification

B.Sc Nursing

Candidate seeking admission to First Year B.Sc. Nursing course must have passed the Examination as listed below:

Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination/Indian School Certificate Examination (10+2) or its equivalent from recognized Board with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate (40% marks for SC/ST candidates) of four subjects including English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Botany & Zoology, provided the student has passed in each subject separately.

Minimum age requirement is 17 years as on 31st December.

DGNM

Candidate seeking admission to First Year DGNM course must have passed the Examination as listed below:

  • 10+2 with English and must have obtain minimum of 40% at the qualifying examination and English individually from any recognized board. Candidates are also eligible from state open school recognized by state government and National institute of open school recognized by Central Government.
  • 10+2 with English and must have obtain minimum of 40% of mark in vocational ANM from the school recognized by INC
  • 10+2 with English and must have obtain minimum of 40% of marks in vocational stream- health care science from recognized CBSE board/ state/ Centre
  • Registered ANM with pass mark
  • Minimum age requirement is 17 years as on 31st December.
